Directions for use
Compression stabilizer: Remove spark plug or glow plug and spray liberally into each chamber. Allow 20-30 minutes for foam to activate on carbon and combustion deposits. Replace plugs and start the vehicle. Rev moderately to expel all deposits and excess foam
Turbo: Remove intake hose from the turbo and spray into the turbo in short bursts while car is idling. Repeat numerous times until turbo unblocks and is free of deposits. Can be used to clean all components on dismantling turbo
Intake manifold and valve: Remove air filter and spray foam directly into intake manifold while car idles. Use short blasts allowing the engine revs to recover after each squirt. This process will also clean the EGR valve
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve: As with the intake manifold, or remove the EGR and spray liberally onto dirt allowing foam to activate on the carbon deposits, then use light wire brush or rag to clean components
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter): Remove DPF and place vertically exhaust side up. Spray liberally into the DPF until can is empty. Allow to activate for 20-30 minutes before rinsing with 3 litres of hot water. Dry with shop air before replacing. Add Wynn’s Clean Burn to a full tank of diesel and drive vehicle at operating temperature for 30 minutes.
