A highly refined mineral oil treatment for use on wooden furniture. Teak oil protects the wood from moisture and UV rays. Available in clear or red variants.
ApplicationsRestoring, maintaining, staining wooden furniture and surfaces, particularly teak, mahogany and rosewood.
Ensure the surface of the wood is clean. Sand if necessary to remove old finish. Apply teak oil liberally with rag or paintbrush. Wipe into grain using strokes parallel to the grain and allow to soak in and leave to dry for 8 to 10 hours. Apply second or third coat if desired. Do not apply over varnish as it prevents the teak oil from penetrating properly.
