Directions
The active ingredient in ULTRAKILL ANTFORCE is based on a delayed action which allows the bait to be taken back to the nest by foraging ants so that the entire colony, as well as the queen, is destroyed. Used properly, this bait will effectively control many common structure-invading ants before they enter the building. The application of other pesticides e.g. aerosols, sprays, etc. should be kept to a minimum to prevent contamination as it will reduce the effectiveness. Visual cues such as reduced activity and dead ants around the entrance of the nest should be seen in around 7 days after application.
- Broadcast application: Distribute granules equally on lawns and other areas at the rate of 20g/100m2. The bait will remain effective, after exposure to climatic conditions such as rain and sunlight, for up to 7 days.
- Perimeter treatment: Gently scatter granules at the rate of 6g/m2 in a belt of 0.5m wide around the edge of the buildings where there is ant activity. Treat ant trails, cracks and crevices where ants may enter the structures.
- Ant nests: Scatter in the region of 30g bait around active nests. Do not apply bait directly in or on the mound. If the mounds are disturbed, ants will become agitated and may not feed on the bait.
- Refillable bait stations: Place 2 to 6 tbsp of granules per bait station. Refillable stations should be placed every 6-9m around the perimeter of a structure. For best results place bait stations near: air conditioning units, water faucets, foundation vents, utility entryways e.g. electrical and wherever target pest are frequently found.
- For indoor use for cockroaches, crickets and fish moths: Indoor application is limited to areas inaccessible to children and pets such as cracks, crevices, wall voids, crawl spaces and behind electrical switches. Apply one tbsp. of bait per crack, crevice or other inaccessible areas where insects may hide or live.
Cautions: Wear gloves when handling and wash hands thoroughly after use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Destroy empty containers and do not re-use for any other purpose.
